Yes, it's true in most cases! We are only required to collect retail sales tax (PST) when our sales originate from the province of Ontario, or State Tax for California and Florida in the United States.
For all provinces in Ontario the Federal Sales tax of 5% (GST) will be charged on orders.
All U.S. locations (except California and Florida) will enjoy tax free sales!
