Privacy Statement We respect and understand the importance of our customers' privacy, and therefore our policy is to treat what we learn about our customers as strictly confidential. Customer information is not shared with any other party. We will not send any unsolicited mail (electronic or otherwise) other than those associated with orders placed. Any communication from us, such as notification of specials, new products, and periodical newsletters, goes only to those who have requested information or signed up for it, and we will immediately remove any e-mail address when we are asked to do so. Errors and Omissions Policy We do our very best to ensure accuracy of information, but should any errors occur, Excellenti Pet Products is not liable for any misprints, errors or omissions which include, but are not limited to, graphics, incorrect pricing or product specifications. Shipping Information All products are shipped from warehouses located in the United States. Orders will be shipped using standard UPS service or USPS, generally within 1-3 days of receipt. Delivery time from that point will depend on whether the item is shipped via UPS or USPS, and the destination. Shipping costs are calculated in US Dollars based on the weight of the product and the delivery destination. Please note that there are delivery restrictions on some products as some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Delivery restrictions will be specified on those products where such restrictions apply. The shipping rates for the items we sell are based on the weight of the product, rounded up to the next full pound. About Returns We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchases, and we will accept returns should you need to return a product. Please carefully read the instructions and conditions for returns that we have itemized below. We ask that you please notify us immediately via our customer support email address, customerservice@excellentipetproducts.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number and instructions for returning your order. The following conditions will apply on all returns: - Products must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Original packaging and documentation is required, and the product must be in resaleable condition.
- You will be responsible for shipping charges on all returns, unless the product is defective.
- If the product is defective, notify us within 36 hours and ensure that you retain the original packaging and documentation for return to us. We will provide you with further instructions on how and where to return the package as soon as you contact us for the Return Authorization Number at customerservice@excellentipetproducts.com.
- Please note that USPS has NO insurance for damaged items unless you request it. If you did not request insurance and an item shipped via USPS is damaged, we cannot process a claim. We cannot process refunds on International shipments unless you request Insurance.
Prices All prices quoted are in U.S. dollars. We accept payments through Paypal, one of the most trusted names in online security. International orders may be subject to duty/import fees and are the responsibility of the buyer. Orders from Ontario will be subject to applicable GST/PST rates. All other Canadian provinces will be subject to applicable GST at the prevailing rate. Prices and terms are subject to change without notice. |
